Our pizzas are made fresh to order using handcrafted 48 hour fermented Sourdough, made daily by our executive Chef Antonio and his team. We are obsessed with the perfect sourdough, staying true to the traditional Napolitana style of pizza making. Our “Mamma” is looked after like a queen in a secret location in Streatham. Antonio guards and feeds Mamma every day ensuring she is happy, so she can produce the best Sourdough in London (even if we do say so ourselves)
As an independent business to us, it is important we use only the finest local suppliers, who over the years have become our partners in making perfect pizzas. Shipton Mill supplies our organic flour using the finest traditional grains, this ensures not only the perfect crust but a dough that is kind to your tummy. Our veg is delivered daily from Grovers of Borough Market, a family owned grocer going back three generations. From Brixton to Peckham to Gypsy Hill, our craft beers are sourced from the neighbourhoods we live in. Even our mozzarella is made in the UK by the wonderful Sole & Latte.

Our children's Pizza Parties at Mamma Dough are the perfect way to celebrate your childs next special occasion. Everyone will get the chance to make their own pizza, guided by one of our amazing pizza chefs, you'll also learn about our famous sourdough!
