We’re Mamma Dough, a small family of pizza restaurants in Brixton, Ladywell and South Norwood. Two things matter to us: great pizza and great hospitality. Warm, generous, genuine, nobody leaves hungry.
Every base is made from scratch and fermented for forty eight hours, with the same care an Italian mother puts into feeding her family. Simple, honest, properly good.

FLOUR, WATER AND
A LITTLE PATIENCE
Every good pizza starts the same way. Flour, water and a little patience. Our sourdough culture’s been going for two hundred years, passed down from baker to baker since Lapland, all the way to South London.
It lives at a secret address, gets fed every morning with organic rye, wholemeal and white flour, all milled in the UK, and ferments for 48 hours before it becomes anyone’s dinner. Every base in every restaurant starts right there.

Kids’ pizza parties where everyone makes their own, hats and balloons included. Masterclasses where you toss, shape and top your own sourdough as part of a proper three course feed.
